Our stack-away chairs and collapsible tables are included in rental costs.
We Do Not Have a Licensed bar. (1.You can provide your own drinks. 2. A drinks license can be obtained for specific events)
We Do Not Allow Teenage Parties
We Do Not Allow Confetti, Bubble Machines, Glitter Ballons Without Pre Payment Of Additional £50 Cleaning Charge.
All Music Has To Finish At 1100.
The Hall HAS to be cleared and cleaned before 1130.
RATES
Hall Hire (minimum 2 hours)

PEAK (Fri 6pm onwards, All Sat & All Sun, Bank Holidays, School Holidays)
£45 Per Hour Minimum 3 Hrs.
OFF PEAK (All day Mon - Thurs & Fri up to 6pm)
£25 per hour Minimum 2 Hrs
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Hall Hire Booking Deposit
£50 or 20% of total, whichever greater.
Damage/Additional Cleaning Deposit.
Up to a maximum of £500.00
Full Payment Has To Be Made 2 Weeks Before Event. No Payment, No Entry.
Any Contracted Entertainer/Bouncy Castles/DJ's Need:
-Insurance.
-To allow time within your booking time to set up and clear down.
-£20 surcharge for all entertainers.
NOTHING can be affixed to the walls. There are dado rails with hooks to allow you to tie decorations. NO sticky pads, sellotape, blue tack or any other amazing Amazon product can be stuck to any part of the hall. WE WILL PURSUE PAYMENT OF £250 REPAIR COSTS FOR THIS.
