Hire Rates
Monday 0800 to Friday 1800 £25.00 per hour minimum booking 2hrs.
Friday 1800 to Sunday 2330 £45.00 per hour minimum booking 3hrs. This rate applies to all school holiday dates.
We will discuss a rate reduction for clients who wish to have a regular weekly booking.
The booking time includes your setting up and clearing down.
Use of the tables and chairs is included, you can choose to set up and clear away yourselves or for an additional £50 we will do this for you.
You need to remove everything that you have brought and ensure that the hall is left as you found it. Additional cleaning charges will be made if this is not adhered to.
We want all that use the hall to have a good time and we will do our best to facilitate this. Please accept that YOUR event is YOUR responsibility and all that attend it are YOUR guests. Your booking starts at the time agreed and finishes at the time agreed on your booking form. You need to have cleared all that you brought to the hall by the finish time ensuring that all bins are emptied and the premises are as you found them. Charges to deposits will be made for any additional cleaning required by us.
